摘要:BOM是计算机辅助设计与物料需求计划之间信息传递的桥梁,是生产和物料控制系统的基础。传统的手工编制BOM的方法不仅费力、费时、繁琐,而且容易出错。本研究开发了基于数据库的压铸型BOM设计系统,系统可以自动收集在三维压铸型计算机辅助设计阶段BOM信息,快捷地生成符合行业或企业标准的BOM表单,为后续的MRP、PDM等提供数据输入。
BOM is not only the bridge of information transfer between Computer-Aided Design and Materials Requirements Planning, but also the base of the system of production and materials planning. Traditional method of manual compiling BOM is toilful, time-consuming, complex and easy to make a mistake. The BOM design system of die-casting die is studied and developed based on database, which can automatically collect the BOM information in 3D Computer Aided Design, create BOM list according with industry standard or enterprise standard and provide data input for MRP and PDM.
