摘要:主要研究用于低温共烧多层陶瓷基板的低介低损硼硅酸盐玻璃的组成和性能。通过引入Ca2+,Mg2+,Zn2+等不同的二价金属离子,重点讨论了它们对玻璃的特征温度、分相析晶行为以及膨胀系数、电学性质的影响。实验结果表明:Mg2+,Zn2+促进硼硅酸盐玻璃分相的能力较强,Zn2+降低膨胀系数作用最明显,含钙硼硅酸盐玻璃的析晶温度偏高,并具有相对较低的介电常数和较高的电阻率。
The paper studies borosilicate glasses for multiple -layer electronic circuit packaging substrates. Different alkaline earth metal ions, such as Ca^2+ , Mg^2+ and Zn^2+ , were introduced and their influences on the working characteristics, crystalline behavior as well as the electrical properties were studied. The experiments revealed that besides the reduction of thermal expansion coefficient by Zn^2+ ion, Mg^2+ ,Zn^2+ ions exhibit a strong tendency to promote phase separation. In contrast, calcium borosilicate glasses demonstrate the highest liquidus temperature as well as the lowest dielectric constant and the highest electric resistivity.
