摘要：运用h指数及衍生h指数,结合《中国引文数据库》和Web of Science数据库,计算我国省级公共图书馆的h指数、g指数、R指数、标准化(h,g,R)指数及h指数的年代增长速率(hy)的方法,有助于对各图书馆学术影响力进行评价研究。评价结果表明:我国省级公共图书馆的国际学术影响力水平较低;h指数及衍生h指数能够很好地结合传统计量指标对图书馆学术影响力进行评价;标准化(h,g,R)指数对学术影响力的评价比单一指标更加公正合理。
Combining with Chinese Citation Database of CNKI and Web of Science,calculating Hirsch index(h-index),g-index,R-index,the standardized(h,g,R) index and h-index growth rate(hy-index) of provincial public libraries with h-index and Drived-Hirsch is beneficial to evaluate the academic influence of libraries.The results show that the international academic influence of provincial public libraries in China is lower;h-index and drived-h index could combine traditional measurements well;the evaluation of academic ...
