摘要：新质生产力是习近平经济思想的重要组成部分,是对马克思主义生产力理论的丰富和发展,其所倡导的新技术、新能源和新产业,符合绿色发展的要求,能够有效赋能绿色发展。新质生产力赋能绿色发展蕴含深厚的逻辑机理,马克思生产力理论的生态向度是其理论基础,中国共产党对生态环境保护的探索是其实践基础,新质生产力与绿色发展高度契合于中国式现代化的现实进程。新质生产力赋能绿色发展为满足人民群众的美好生活需要提供了新途径、为实现建设美丽中国的奋斗目标提供了新动力、为解决日益严峻的全球生态危机提供了新方案。实现新质生产力赋能绿色发展,需要以绿色科技创新为动力支撑,以绿色经济政策体系为重要抓手,以绿色产业壮大为实践指向,以绿色能源发展为驱动力量,通过科技助力、政策支持、产业适配和能源革新,有效拓展新质生产力赋能绿色发展的实践路径。
New quality productivity is an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Economy,and is the enrichment and development of Marxist productivity theory.The new technology,new energy and new industries advocated by him are in line with the requirements of green development,and can effectively empower green development.The new quality productivity empowering green development contains a profound logical mechanism,the ecological orientation of Marx’s productivity theory is its theoretical foundation,the CPC’s exploration of eco-environmental protection is its practical foundation,and the new quality productivity and green development are highly compatible with the reality of the Chinese-style modernization process.Green development empowered by new quality productivity provides a new way to meet the people's needs for a better life,a new impetus to realize the goal of building a beautiful China,and a new solution to the increasingly serious global ecological crisis.To realize green development empowered by new quality productivity,it is necessary to take green scientific and technological innovations as the support,the green economic policy system as the important lever,the growth of green industry as the practical direction,and the development of green energy as the driving force,so as to effectively expand the practical path of green development empowered by new quality productivity through scientific and technological assistance,policy support,industrial adaptation and energy innovation.
