摘要：本文介绍了隐性知识的内涵及其交流与转化的概念,通过对IT在隐性知识交流与转化中的作用分析,构建了一个支持企业隐性知识交流和转化的IT系统框架,并对该系统框架中各个模块的功能及其隐性知识库进行了详细的探讨。
This article introduces the conception of tacit knowledge and its communication and transformation.Based on the analysis of the role of IT for tacit knowledge communication and transformation, an IT systems framework to support tacit knowledge communicating and transforming is put forward. The function of the IT systems and the tacit knowledge base is discussed in details.
