摘要:提出了有机肖特基型固态太阳电池的理论模型,假设只有势垒区的激子和产生于中性区且扩散到势垒区的激子才能被内建场离解成自由载流子,而被电极收集。该模型综合考察了内建场对激子产生、输运和离解及自由载流子分离和由电极收集的影响,并解释了场依赖的收集率以及电池的光导作用光谱与份菁薄膜的吸收光谱同相的原因。研究了表面复合速度对自由载流子收集率的影响。据此,认为强的取向内建场、超薄膜化和分子排列取向化是提高有机肖特基固态太阳电池的重要途径。
In this paper,we have developed a comprehensive theoretical model of Schottky type organic solar cell It is assumed that only excitons,both creating,in the barrier region and diffusing from the generating sites in the neutral region to the barrier region,do dissociate into free carriers,forming the photocurrent by the electrodes collection It incorporates the built in fields effect on the generation,transport and interface dissociation of excitons,and the separation,and the electrodes collection of free carriers The experimental results substantiate these assumptions The model well explains field dependent collection efficiency,and that the photocurrent action spectra are 'in phase'with the absorption spectra of merocyanine We also study the effect of the surface recombination velocity on the collection of free carrier by the electrode It is concluded that strong built in field oriented,and ultrathin film,and oriented molecular structure in film are important means to improve the performance of Schottky type organic solar cell
