摘要：A thermodynamic model of the formation of aqueous solutions of alcohol is proposed. It is composed of three steps which take account of physical mixing, destructions of self-association and cross-association for alcohol and water, respectively. An excess enthalpy equation is established based on this thermodynamic model. The results of test show that the equation can be satisfactorily used to describe the rule of variation of excess enthalpy with composition and temperature for aqueous solutions of alcohol.
