摘要:采用碳化法制备了纳米碳酸钙颗粒,并利用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)和BET法比表面积测定等研究了石灰乳中不同镁含量对碳酸钙形貌和性能的影响。研究发现,碳化反应结束后石灰石中的碳酸镁主要以镁离子形式存在于液相中,当石灰乳中氧化镁质量分数大于1.71%时,部分碳酸氢镁继续热解生成三水合碳酸镁沉淀,经活化最终主要以碱式碳酸镁微晶颗粒的形式存在于粉体中。制备的纳米碳酸钙为方解石晶型;随着石灰乳中镁含量的增加,制备的立方形纳米碳酸钙颗粒粒径减小、链状颗粒增多、比表面积增大,粉体的p H和吸油值均增加。在纳米碳酸钙制备过程中,石灰乳中的氧化镁质量分数应控制在1.17%以下。
Nano-sized Ca CO3 powders were prepared by carbonization method.The effects of different magnesium contents in limestone on morphology and property of nano-sized Ca CO3 particles,were studied by XRD(X-ray diffraction),TEM(transmission electron microscopy),and BET(specific surface area) techniques.Results showed that Mg CO3 in limestone mainly existed in the form of Mg2+in the liquid phase at the end of carbonation reaction,and part of Mg(HCO3)2formed Mg CO3·3H2O precipitation when magnesium mass fraction in limestone was over 1.71%,and finally existed in the form of basic magnesium carbonate microcrystalline particles in powder after activation.The crystal form of prepared nano-Ca CO3 was calcite.With magnesium content in slurry increased,the average diameter size of cubic nano-Ca CO3 particles decreased,while the amount of chain particles and specific surface area increased as well as the p H and oil absorption value of the powder also increased.When preparing nano-calcium carbonate,magnesium mass fraction in limestone slurry should be controlled below 1.17%.
