摘要：介绍了高压管道用透镜垫的密封性能试验,分析了透镜垫接触比压、介质内压和种类(氮气和水)以及透镜垫表面粗糙度等因素对密封性能的影响,给出了在允许泄漏率下透镜垫必须的临界接触比压。这些结果为透镜垫连接系统的密封设计提供了试验依据。
The sealing property tests of lens gaskets for high pressure pipeline are introduced. The effects of gasket stress, pressure, type of test mediums and surface roughness on the performance are analyzed. The critical gasket stress is given as a basis for sealing design of lens gasket connection.
