摘要:建立了鲁奇甲醇装置中管式变换炉催化床的一维数学模型,模拟计算了变换炉催化床气体浓度、床层温度、冷管内气体温度分布,讨论了不同操作条件对变换率及床层出口温度的影响。
In this paper a one-dimensional mathematical model for CO shift converter with cooling tubes has been presented.The CO conversion and temperature profiles of the catalytic bed have been simulated. Calculation results indicated that the CO conversion decreases and the outlet temperature increases with the increase of feed flow rate and CO concentration in feed gas,while the CO conversion and outlet temperature both increase with the increase of the steam to feed gas ratio.The inlet temperature of catalytic bed should be as low as possible provided that the initial catalyst activation temperature is permitted.It was found that intraparticle diffusion affects seriously on the global rate of CO shift reaction.Thus if pressure drop is allowed,small size catalyst is preferable.
