摘要:Precision evaluation of the reconstruction model is a focus in reverse engineering. By precision evaluation, quality of the reconstruction model can be evaluated. In this paper, a series of CT slice images were obtained by industrial Computed Tomography (CT) equipment. Then contour points of CT images were extracted by two dimensional Otsu adaptive threshold algorithm and eight neighborhood method. Finally point cloud model was reconstructed by B-spline surface. In the process of precision evaluation, the line profile error and the surface profile error were used as main evaluation parameters. Experiments show that the method can evaluate the precision of the reconstruction model effectively. This can evaluate the whole precision and the local precision effectively. ? 2017 IEEE.
