摘要：信息资源与人力、物力、财力和自然资源一样 ,都是企业的重要资源。因此 ,应该像管理其它资源那样进行管理。文章指出信息资源管理是信息管理阶段的延伸和拓展 ,是企业信息化的出发点 ,也是企业信息化的归宿。 IRM扩展了信息系统管理的边界范围 ,强调把信息看作是组织的资源 ,把计算机信息系统看作是对这些资源进行管理的工具。文章以信息系统中存在的问题以及发展趋势为依据 。
The information resource and its management are very important to the enterprise just like the human, material, financial and natural resources,and the Information Resource Management(IRM) is the extension of the information management and the beginning and ultimate goal of the enterprise informatization. With the information as the resource of the organization and the computer as the managerial tool,IRM extends the scope of information system(IS) management. The existing problems in the IS construction and the IS developing trend are discussed herein,and the strategies and principles for the information resource development based on IRM are put forward.The method of developing the IS based on IRM is also studied.
