摘要:The safety management behavior of construction project managers is an important factor affecting the occurrence of safety accidents, but there is a game relationship among the behaviors of managers at different levels. Aiming at the cost-benefit relationship during construction projects, an evolutionary game model of decision-makers' and supervisors' behavioral decisions under reward and punishment system was constructed, and the game equilibrium point and evolutionary stability strategy (ESS) were obtained through calculation, and the safety state maximizing conditions maintaining the stability of the evolutionary game system were analyzed. The effectiveness of the reward and punishment system was verified by simulation numerical experiments. It is found that: (1) The safety state maximizing conditions are ensuring the allocation of safety project funds by supervisors, the implementation of the reward and punishment system within an appropriate range, and reducing the safety project funds that supervisors can freely dispose; (2) Under the same intensity, for evolutionary game system of decision-makers' and supervisors' behavioral decisions, the punishment can be more effective in improving the safety state of the system than reward; (3) Within a certain range, the reward and punishment system has a positive effect on improving the evolution of the game system, but after the range is exceeded, it no longer follow the rule, or even has an opposite effect. ? 11th International Symposium on Project Management, ISPM 2023.
