摘要:NOVELTY - Chitosan affinity heptapeptide comprising amino acid sequences (SEQ ID NOs. 1-6), is new. USE - The heptapeptide is useful for modification and functionalization of chitosan surfaces and preparing chitosan affinity materials (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The heptapeptide: has strong affinity surface; is capable of changing the surface property of the mesoporous silicon nano particle covered by the chitosan to enlarge its using range; and is especially nano-particulate medicinal carrier. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Chitosan affinity heptapeptide comprising Gly-Gln-Ser-Glu-Lys-His-Leu (SEQ ID NO.1), Val-Ser-Arg-Asp-Thr-Pro-Gln (SEQ ID NO.2), Thr-Val-Asn-Phe-Lys-Leu-Tyr (SEQ ID NO.3), His-Gly-Gly-Val-Arg-Leu-Tyr (SEQ ID NO.4), Ala-Asp-Arg-Phe-Gln-Ala-Leu (SEQ ID NO.5), and His-Tyr-Ile-Asp-Phe-Arg-Trp (SEQ ID NO.6), is new. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for screening the chitosan affinity heptapeptide, comprising preparing nanoparticles encapsulated with chitosan by ion-gelation method, mixing with phage display peptide library, filtering the peptide library by using centrifugal separation process, and finally screening the obtained phage clones through ELISA analysis and sequence analysis.
