摘要:高校能源监管平台建设是改变传统计量、统计方式,提升校园能源管理和节能工作的水平,提高用能能效的重要措施。此项建设提出至今已有十年之久,但建设现状不容乐观。该项工作或因学校建设前期规划方案和平台的设计而异;或因技术支撑单位承建能力、施工水平差异;或因平台采购器件、硬件、软件的品质差异和建设标准的缺失等因素,导致一些高校所建的能源监管平台不能正常运行和建设搁置。本文针对高校能源监管平台建设工作存在的主要问题进行梳理、归纳和分析,并提出相应的提升对策与建议。
The construction of energy supervision platform in colleges is one way to change the traditional measurement and statistical methods,improve both the energy management and energy conservation work.The construction has been put forward for ten years,but this construction situation is not optimistic.Some factors lead to lack of normal operation and construction of energy supervision platform built by some universities,such as the differences of the pre-construction planning scheme and the design of the platform,the technical support unit capacity and construction level;or the lack of quality difference and construction standard purchasing device,hardware and software.The article summarizes and analyzes the main problems existing in the construction of energy supervision platform in colleges,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
