摘要:Anhydrous copper sulfate particles filled styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer composites were investigated. A strong interfacial interaction between the copper sulfate particles and styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer matrix formed when the processing temperature was above 200C, resulting in an increase in viscosity and glass transition temperature. The interfacial interaction was due to a solid state coordination reaction between nitrile groups and metal ions, and resulted in the adherence of styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer onto the surface of copper sulfate particles. Viscoelastic measurement, thermogravimetric analysis, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, scanning electron microscopy and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy were used for the characterization of the composite.
