摘要:大型储氢球罐在火灾下的安全性备受关注。文章针对大型储氢球罐可能遭遇的喷射火情况,分析了不同喷射条件下的火焰特性、覆盖范围以及球罐表面热流密度的分布情况,进一步基于Fluent软件对球罐进行了热响应模拟,得出罐体及内部氢气在喷射火情况下温度、压力等的响应规律,探讨了球罐超压泄放及过火部位金属局部破裂等涉及球罐安全性的问题。
The safety of large hydrogen storage spherical tanks in fire has been given much attention.The flame characteristics,coverage range,and distribution of surface heat flux of large hydrogen storage spherical tanks are analyzed under different injection conditions in this article.Based on Fluent software,the thermal response of the spherical tank is further simulated,and the response laws of temperature and pressure of the tank and internal hydrogen under jet fire conditions are obtained.Issues related to the safety of the spherical tank,such as overpressure relief and local metal rupture at the overheated area,are discussed.
