摘要：A novel and efficient method for the synthesis of (Z)-fluotinated alkenylboronic acid pinacol esters via Cu-catalyzed stereoselective borylation of gern-diflubroalkenes using bis-(pinacolato)diboton (B(2)pin(2)) as the boron source With the assistance of NaOtBu and Xantphos at room temperature was developed.
