摘要:针对油田采出水中的悬浮物具有粒径大、粘度大、含量高等诸多不利特性,采用基于沸腾床分离技术的沸腾床进行实验,利用旋流器内的颗粒自公转耦合产生的周期性的离心力,使得多孔介质表面及孔道中污染物向外迁移并增强再生效果,最终达到去除油田采出水中悬浮物的目的。结果表明,3种分离媒质的分离效率从高到低排列依次为活性炭、无烟煤、石英砂,分离媒质粒径为0.5 mm时分离效率最佳,最佳的分离媒质装填高度为900 mm,最佳的分离流量为30 L/h,处理后的悬浮物含量低于1 mg/L,满足工业排放要求,研究结果为后续工业应用提供指导。
In this study,a fluidized bed based on fluidized bed separation technology was used according to the unfavorable characteristics of suspended solids with large particle size,high viscosity,and high content in oilfield produced water.By using the periodic centrifugal force generated by the self-revolution coupling of the particles in the cyclone,the pollutants on the surface of the porous media and in the pore channels migrated outward and enhanced the regeneration effect,finally achieving the purpose of removing suspended solids from the oilfield produced water.The results showed that the separation efficiency of the three separation media was in descending order:activated carbon,anthracite,and quartz sand.The separation efficiency was the best when the particle size of the separation medium was 0.5 mm.The optimal filling height of the separation medium was 900 mm.The best separation flow rate was 30 L/h.The content of suspended solids after treatment was less than 1 mg/L,which met industrial emission requirements.The research results provide guidance for subsequent industrial applications.
