摘要：运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,深入分析了当前高校实施"体教结合"存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的对策与建议:更新观念,正确认识"体教结合";突破体制障碍,实现有机结合;拓宽经费筹集渠道;科学训练,"学训"并重;加强教练员队伍建设;完善大、中、小学"一条龙"培养模式;建立科学的训练质量评价体系。
By using the methods of literature and logical analysis,this paper analyzed the main problems of combination of sport and education in colleges and universities,and put forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions：updated the concept,a correct understanding of ＂combination of sport and education＂;breakthrough Institutional barriers;achieve Organic combination;broaden the channels to raise funds;scientific training;strengthen the building of the ranks of coaches;improving in primary and secondary schools ＂ One-stop ＂ training model;the establishment of a scientific quality evaluation system for training.
