摘要：In this paper, the rho factors recommended in a previous paper for treating secondary stresses in engineering failure assessment have been examined experimentally. The experiments show that, in treating secondary stresses, the procedure is more suitable than that in R6 Rev. 3. The recommendations presented by Qi are also examined in the present paper.
