摘要:Slow strain rate test (SSRT) was applied to investigate stress corrosion cracking (SCC) behavior of 25Cr2Ni2MoV overlaying welding joints in the simulated environment of low-pressure nuclear steam turbine. Results revealed that the overlaying weld metal (WM) away from the fusion line had the highest SCC susceptibility compared with the base metal (BM), heat affect zone (HAZ) and weld metal (WM) near the fusion line. The lower SCC susceptibility of WM away from fusion line was probably attributed to the decreasing of Cr content and the existence of coarse bainite in WM, furthermore, the mechanical difference was caused by the proportion of high angle of the grain boundary.
