摘要：采用两个化学计量点的测定方法测定壳聚糖氨基含量 ,第一化学计量点由原线性滴定法得到 ,再用指示剂法测出第二化学计量点 ,然后计算出壳聚糖的氨基含量。该方法简便易行 ,实验重复性好 。
A linear titration method of determining the amino content of chitosan using two equivalent points has been developed. The first equivalent point is obtained by the linear titration, while the second equivalent point is got by the indicator titration and the amino content of chitosan is then calculated. The results of our experiment show that the improved method is simple, reproducible and reliable.
