摘要：中华美学术语德译是一项难度极大的工程,原因在于中西美学术语在语词构成、含义生成、外延指向等方面有着极度不对应性,翻译中常常出现错位、误译等情形,这就使得中华美学之妙无以传达出来,进而影响其在西方的传播。在中华美学的历史进程中出现了一系列具有时代色彩的关键术语,这些关键术语由于其重要性和难译性,值得仔细探讨和推敲,这对翻译质量的提高和中华美学的域外传播都有着重要的意义。
German translation of Chinese aesthetic terms is a very difficult project.The reason lies in the fact that Chinese and Western aesthetic terms are extremely inconsistent in terms of word formation,meaning generation,denotative direction.Misplacement and mistranslation often occur in translation,which makes it impossible to convey the beauty of Chinese aesthetics,and thus affects its dissemination in the West.During the development of Chinese aesthetics,a series of key terms with characteristics of the times have emerged.Due to their importance and difficulty in translation,these key terms deserve careful discussion,which are of great significance to the improvement of translation quality and the extraterritorial dissemination of Chinese aesthetics.
