摘要：本文构建了跨国公司绿色管理主动性的影响因素模型,通过对在上海的跨国公司进行问卷调查获取数据,利用结构方程模型和多元回归分析的方法,进行了实证检验。结果发现,竞争性和合法性作为两个主要影响因素对跨国公司绿色管理主动性产生正向影响,资源和生态责任对跨国公司绿色管理主动性的作用不显著,资源对其他潜变量有中介作用的假设也未得到支持。
This paper provides a theoretical framework of determinant factors of green management proactivity,data was collected through questionnaire survey of MNCs located in Shanghai.Structure equation model and multiple regression analysis are used to test the hypotheses.Results indicate that competition and legitimacy are two underlying factors positively influence MNCs' green management proactivity,while resources and ecological responsibility have no statistical significant impacts.The mediation effect of resources is not supported.
