摘要:NOVELTY - An analogous continuous counter-flow absorption of ketene comprises arranging at least three reaction kettles having sealed bent-blade disc turbine impellers as stirring impellers; adding acetone and catalyst to the kettles; connecting serially at least two kettles while setting aside the other one; and performing a continuous counter-flow absorption of ketene by negative pressure to make reaction kettles generate gas phase which is condensed by the condensers and separated by the gas-liquid separators. USE - Method of analogous continuous counter-flow absorption of ketene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method reduces self-polymerization reaction, ensures high stirring efficiency and good dispersing effect, and ensures good dispersing effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An analogous continuous counter-flow absorption of ketene comprises: (A) arranging at least three reaction kettles having sealed bent-blade disc turbine impellers as stirring impellers and pre-heated at 30-60 degrees C; (B) adding acetone and catalyst to the kettles; (C) connecting serially at least two kettles while setting aside the other one; (D) arranging condenser and a gas-liquid separator at the back portion of the reaction kettles; (E) performing a continuous counter-flow absorption of ketene by negative pressure to make reaction kettles controlled at 40-100 degrees C generate gas phase which is condensed by the condensers and separated by the gas-liquid separators; and (F) recycling liquid phase to the reaction kettles while transporting the gas phase to the absorption stage of reaction kettle, and processing the exhaust in a waste gas disposal system. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing is a schematic view of a method of analogous continuous counter-flow absorption of ketene. Drawing includes non-English language text.
