摘要:针对焊缝X射线图像存在对比度低、噪声干扰及边界模糊等缺点,通过运用数学形态学操作、减影技术和迭代式阈值分割的方法对图像进行处理,较好地实现了焊缝外观轮廓和内部缺陷的边缘提取.相比传统算法,该方法更有效,具有更好的连续性和完整性.此外,研究了焊缝轮廓宽度缺陷的坐标和内部缺陷的参数计算方法,为后续的焊缝检测和识别提供了有利条件.
For the X-ray images of weld have low contrast,noise jamming and fuzzy boundaries,it gets better weld contour and internal defect separately through image processing using the method of mathematical morphology,image subtraction and iterative threshold segmentation.It is effective,continuous and integrate compared to traditional methods.Furthermore defect coordinates of weld contour and a few parameters of internal defects are made a study,which provide a big advantage for the later weld inspection and identification.
