摘要:采用共沉淀法制备了不同Mn含量的Cu-Fe基催化剂,运用原位漫反射红外(DRFTIR)对催化剂进行表征,在管式反应器中评价了Cu-Fe基催化剂在CO加氢合成低碳醇反应中的性能。结果表明:Mn的添加可以提高催化剂对CO的吸附能力,但过量的Mn会抑制CO的吸附过程。在催化剂表面检测到了甲氧基、甲酸基团、乙酸基团和酰基基团等中间产物,Mn的添加可以促进酰基基团的生成。加入Mn可以提高催化剂的反应活性,同时还可以提高产物中C_2^+醇的分布。
The Cu-Fe catalysts with different content of Mn were prepared by the co-precipitation method and characterized by in situ diffuse reflectance FTIR(DRFTIR).The catalytic performances of the catalysts in synthesis of higher alcohols from syngas were evaluated in a tubular reactor.The results showed that the CO adsorption would be enhanced by adding Mn,while excessive Mn would decreased the amount of the adsorbed CO.Intemediates such as methoxy species,formate,acetate and formyl were found on catalyst surface during the reaction.The added Mn could promote the formation of formyl.The addition of Mn would increase the reactivity of the catalyst and the distribution of the C2^+alcohols in the product.
