摘要:研究了各组分和工艺参数对无石棉胶乳抄取密封材料悬浮液稳定性的影响.结果表明:配方是决定悬浮液稳定性的关键因素,尤其是纤维和填料的含量,尤以海泡石纤维的影响最为显著.混杂纤维中使用一定量的海泡石纤维,有利于悬浮液的稳定和成张.胶乳含量过高不利于悬浮液的稳定,且填料含量也不宜过高,一般控制纤维与填料的质量比以2:1~1:1为佳.同时,适当调整搅拌时间和搅拌速度可以改善悬浮液的质量.
The influence of each component and parameter on the stability of suspension was studied. The formulation was a key factor for the stability of suspension, especially the content of the fibers and fillers, The sepiolite fiber was the most important factor to suspension. Some sepiolite fiber in assorted fibers was beneficial to the stability and process. High latex content was not beneficial to stability, and high content of fillers was also not suitable. So how to control the appropriate proportion between fibers and fillers in formulation is important for obtaining excellent suspension. Normally, the proportion between fibers and fillers should be controlled within 2 : 1 --1 : 1. To regulate properly beat time and velocity can also improve the stability of suspension.
