摘要:本文通过苯胺和邻乙基苯胺的混和物加入甲醛缩合得到常温下为液体的3,3'—二乙基—4,4'—二氨基二苯甲烷(DEDDM),3—乙基—4,4'-二氨基二苯甲烷(MEDDM)和4,4'-二氨基二苯甲烷(DDM)的三元共混物。紫外光谱,红外光谱,色质联用谱仪均证实了这一结果。并用JSR固化仪和热分析仪(DSC)对该共混物固化E-51环氧树脂的过程进行了跟踪,得到了等温和等速升温反应活化能。最后采用TMA及TG对固化物的耐热性能进行了评价。
Formaldehyde was added to and condensed with the mixture of aniline and o-ethylaniline to obtain an epoxy resin hardener which is liquid at room temperature. It is proved with UV, FTIR and GC-MS that the hardener is a mixture of DEDDM, MEDDM and DDM. The hardening process of E-51 epoxy resin with this hardener was investigated with JSR Curelastome-ter to obtain the isothermal and nonisothermal activation energy. The thermal properties of cured epoxy resin was evaluated with TMA and TG.
