摘要：基于利益目标分解视角,简化出6种单一利益目标,结合实践,分别探讨不同利益目标下联盟的建设内容、成员架构、法律风险及利益冲突。在此基础上,讨论多利益目标下联盟建设需要注意的问题,及政府引导和监管重点,以期为非标准型联盟的建设提供一些参考。
From the perspective of decomposition of interest objectives,this article simplifies six kinds of single interest objective,and combines practice to discuss the contents,membership structures,legal risks and conflicts of interest of alliances.On this basis,this paper discusses the problems that should be paid attention to in the construction of alliance under multi—interest objectives,and the key points of government guidance and supervision,in order to provide some reference for the construction of non-standard alliance.
