摘要:研究了以固体硅胶为硅源的 β沸石在 80 h以内晶化过程的变化规律。结果表明 ,晶化时间从 0增加到 80h,合成的 β沸石晶胞略有收缩 ,IR谱中 ,1 2 0 9cm- 1振动峰向高频方向位移 8cm- 1,1 0 75 cm- 1振动峰向低频方向位移 5 cm- 1。晶化时间在 3 0 h内 ,β沸石存在 A与 B两种不同的结晶位。晶化时间大于 5 0 h后 ,β沸石出现典型的双环与开孔 IR特征峰。当晶化时间从 0增加到 80 h,2 9Si NMR谱表征的骨架硅铝比逐渐增大 ,2 7Al NMR谱表征的非骨架铝逐渐增多。
A process of crystallization for synthesis of β zeolite using solid silica as silicon source was studied When crystallization time increases from 5 h to 80 h,the cell unit of as synthesized β zeolite gradually contracted,the IR vibration peak at 1209 cm -1 shifts 8 cm -1 to higher wave numbers,vibration peak at 1075 cm -1 shifts 5 cm -1 to lower wave numbers The IR characteristic peaks of double rings at 568 cm -1 and 520 cm -1 and pore opening at 464 cm -1 and 427 cm -1 for β zeolite appear when crystallization period longer than 50 h The framework molar ratio n (SiO 2)/ n (Al 2O 3) determined by 29 Si NMR and the extra framework aluminium determined by 27 Al NMR gradually increase with crystallization period increase,and β zeolite has two kinds of different crystallization sites A and B while the crystallization period is less than 30 h
