摘要：运用文献法通过对日本医务社会工作实习教育的实习指导、实习管理、实习内容和实习督导及实习评估等方面实施情况的考察,对我国的医务社会工作实习教育的开展提出以下几点启示:(1)建立完善的实习教育体系,明确医务社会工作内容;(2)根据学生和医院的实际情况因材施教;(3)加强与实习机构的合作、规范实习管理;(4)以实习程序化为模式的实习规划体系加强了实习关系者的联动;(5)成熟的督导方法不仅能促进实习生与督导共同认识,也能促使学生从微观到中观、宏观全面地体验实习;(6)通过实习教育对多对象、多主体开展实习评估。
This paper reviews the practical guidance, management, contents, supervision and evaluation of Field Based Education in Medical Social Work in Japan. Itputs forward the following enlightenments to our country. A）To establishing a comprehensive system of Field Based Education and to determine the contents of Medical Social Work. B）To practice individualized teaching according to the actual situations of students and hospitals. C） Tointensify the cooperation with practical institutions and standardize the practical management. D）To strengthen the connection with those related to Field Practice via the Programming Model of practice. E）The mature supervision can not only promote the mutual understanding between students and supervisors, but also encourages the experiential practice from the micro view to the macroscopic view. F） To do evaluation of multi-object and multi-agent via Field Based Education.
