摘要：含硅芳炔树脂(PSA树脂)具有良好的机械、耐热、透波等特性,是一种高性能的树脂基体。本文采用炔醚和噁嗪化合物改性含硅芳炔树脂,研究改性树脂的工艺性能、固化特性、耐热性能和介电性能,以及复合材料的力学性能。研究结果表明,改性含硅芳炔树脂具有低粘度、宽加工窗和良好的耐热性能,其复合材料具有优良的力学性能。
The silicon-containing arylacetylene resin(PSA resin) has good mechanical,thermal property and wave transmission properties.Resin modified with functional groups of benzoxazine and propargyl ether has been prepared and characterized.The viscosity,rheological property,curing characteristic,heat resistance and mechanical property of modified PSA resin have been investigated in this paper.The results show that the modified PSA resin has low viscosity,wide processing window and good thermal property.The silica fiber reinforced composites have excellent mechanical property.
