摘要:在镍盐、镍氧化物或金属镍主催化剂,铜盐助催化剂,酸助剂和丙酮溶剂存在下,以乙炔、一氧化碳、正丁醇为原料,通过羰基化法合成丙烯酸丁酯,考察了主催化剂、助催化剂、酸助剂、物料配比、反应温度、反应时间对羰基化反应的影响,得到较优的合成工艺条件为:n(丁醇)∶n(乙炔)=1∶0.38,V(丙酮)∶V(丁醇)=1.2∶1,纳米氧化镍(NiO)浓度120×10^(-3m)ol/L,碘化亚铜(CuI)浓度6×10^(-3)mol/L,丙烯酸(AA)浓度400×10^(-3)mol/L,反应温度235℃,反应时间90min。在该条件下,乙炔转化率为95.50%,丙烯酸丁酯的选择性和收率分别为87.22%和85.10%。
Butyl acrylate was synthesized by carbonylation of acetylene with CO and n-butanol in the presence of nickel salt,nickel oxide or metal nickel catalyst,copper salt co-catalyst,acid promoter and acetone solvent,and the effects of various catalysts,co-catalysts,promoters and their dosages,C3H6O/C4H9OH ratio,reaction temperature and time on the reaction were investigated.Results show that the optimum reaction conditions are as follows:n(C4H9OH):n(C2H2)=1:0.38,V(C3H6O):V(C4H9OH)=1.2:1,c(NiO)=120x 10-3mol/L,c(CuI)=6x 10-3mol/L,c(AA)=400x 10-3mol/L,reaction temperature of 235℃and reaction time of 90min.Under above conditions,the conversion of acetylene was 95.50%,the yield and selectivity of butyl acrylate could be up to 85.10%and 87.22%,respectively.
