摘要：使用状况评价(POE)是从使用者的角度出发,对经过设计并正被使用的设施进行系统评价的研究。对建设好的邻里公园通过观察、测量、问卷等方式进行调研,找到其中的优缺点从而使设计更好地满足使用者的需求是本次研究的目的。以上海市徐汇区嘉川路小游园为例进行研究并提出改造意见,为建造"以人为本"的邻里公园提供设计依据。
The use of state evaluation （POE） is a systematic evaluation of the facilities for the design and use of facilities from the perspective of the user. The research is carried out to find the advantages and disadvantages of the construction of a good neighborhood park to observe, measure, and find out the advantages and disadvantages. Take Shanghai Jia Chuan Lu, Xuhui District small garden as an example to study and put forward suggestions on the improvement and provide design basis for building a ＂people-oriented＂ neighborhood parks.
