摘要：经过30多年发展,我国社区更新内涵日益丰富、外延不断拓展。在已有文献和实践整理的基础上,对社区更新进行回顾,梳理发展演进脉络,有助于把握未来发展方向。根据政策法规和城镇发展历程,将社区更新划分为3个阶段,并对每个阶段的社会背景、政策法规、实践探索、学术研究进行分析,归纳出各阶段社区更新的基本特征。最后在历史演进和实践理论总结的基础上,提出应该构建具有中国特色社区更新理论,采取多元主体更新模式,开展科学可行的更新实践,进行跨学科的社区更新研究。
After more than 30 years of development,the connotation of Chinese community renewal is increasingly rich and expanded.On the basis of the existing literature and practice,it is helpful to review the community renewal and sort out the development and evolution of the context,which is conducive to grasp the future development direction.According to the policies,regulations and urban development process,community renewal is divided into three stages,and the social background,policies,regulations,practical exploration and academic research at each stage are analyzed.The basic characteristics of community renewal at each stage are summarized.Finally,on the basis of historical evolution and summary of practical theories,it is proposed that we should construct the community renewal theory with Chinese characteristics,adopt the multi-subject renewal model,carry out scientific and feasible renewal practice,and conduct interdisciplinary community renewal research.
