摘要:NOVELTY - An o-nitrobenzyl derivative-modified polymer derivative (I), is new. USE - New o-nitrobenzyl derivative-modified polymer derivative is used in preparation of photocoupled crosslinked hydrogel material for preparing post-operative wound sealing product, tissue fluid leakage blocking article, haemostatic material, tissue engineering scaffold material-cartilage/bone repair material, three-dimensional bio ink printing material, and cell, protein or pharmaceutical carrier (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An o-nitrobenzyl derivative-modified polymer derivative of formula (I), is new. R' = H, halo, hydroxy, mercapto, amino, nitro, cyano, aldehyde, keto, ester, amido, phosphonic acid, phosphonato, sulfo, sulfonato, sulfonyl, sulfoxido, aryl, heteroaryl, alkyl, alkylene, modified alkyl or modified alkylene; R1 = H, ether bond substituent, ester bond substituent, carbonate bond substituent, urethane bond substituent, mercapto substituent or phosphate substituent; R2-R5 = H, halo, hydroxy, mercapto, amino, nitro, cyano, aldehyde, keto, ester, amido, phosphonic acid, phosphonato, sulfo, sulfonato, sulfonyl, sulfoxido, aryl, heteroaryl, alkyl, alkylidenyl, modified alkyl or modified alkylene; P1 = hydrophilic or water-soluble natural polymer or synthetic polymer(s);and n = 2 or more. When R' and R2 are H, P1 is not connected to R4. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of compound (I); (2) preparation of photocoupled crosslinked hydrogel material, which involves dissolving the compound (I) in a biocompatible medium, obtaining a solution (A), dissolving polymer derivative (b) containing primary amine, hydrazine, hydrazide or hydroxylamine in biocompatible medium to obtain a solution (B), mixing the solutions (A) and (B), obtaining hydrogel precursor solution, and irradiating the hydrogel precursor solution with light source; and (3) kit for preparing the hydrogel material, which comprises the compound (I) and the compound (b). The polymer derivative (b) is chosen from compounds of formulae (IIa)-(IId), preferably chosen from 15 compounds e.g. compounds of formulae (IIIa)-(IIIn). P2-P5 = P1; hydrophilic or water-soluble natural polymer = natural polysaccharide and its modified or degraded substance, or protein and its modified or degraded substance; natural polysaccharide = hyaluronic acid, carboxymethyl cellulose, methyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, alginic acid, dextran, agarose, heparin, chondroitin sulfate, ethylene glycol chitosan, propylene glycol chitosan, chitosan lactate, carboxymethyl chitosan or chitosan quaternary ammonium salt; protein = hydrophilic or water-soluble collagen, animal protein, serum protein, silk fibroin or elastin; and hydrophilic or water-soluble synthetic polymer = two-arm or multi-arm polyethylene glycol, polyethyleneimine, synthesized polypeptide, polylysine, polyglutamic acid, polyacrylic acid, polymethacrylic acid, polyacrylate, polymethacrylate, polyacrylamide, polymethacrylamide, polyvinyl alcohol or polyvinylpyrrolidone.
