摘要：本文采用薄层层析法对三氯蔗糖合成过程中所涉及的反应物进行分离分析,通过选择优化展开体系,有效地分离了蔗糖及其酯类衍生物,并实现了蔗糖乙酸酯同分异构体的分离,较为直观地指示了反应进程.
Thin layer chromatography was used to separate and analyse the compounds in the process for the preparation of sucralose. It separated not only the sucrose and sucrose acetates but also the isomers of sucrose effectively by selective spreading agents, and indicated the progress of reaction directly.
