摘要："十二五"规划对于建设社会主义新农村及发展公共文化事业提出了新的要求。在这一背景下,就我国农村公共体育文化发展面临的文化观念、农村体育公共品供给和农民经济状况等方面的困惑,通过构建新型公共体育文化体系,提出相应的措施与建议,以实现农村公共体育文化体系的保障性发展,进而推动社会主义新农村公共体育文化事业的发展。
In the Twelfth Five-Year Plan,there are new requirements on the construction of the new socialist countryside and the development of public culture.In this context,this article aims to shed some light on the confusions in terms of the cultural concepts we face in the development of rural public sports culture,the supply of rural sports public goods and the economic conditions of farmers.The author proposes a new public sports cultural system and gives some suggestions and recommendations on how to achieve the objectives of sustainable development of Public sports culture in rural areas and the promotion of the development of public sports and culture in new socialist countryside.
