摘要:NOVELTY - Polystyrene/polyamide 6 composite material comprises caprolactam, styrene, polystyrene, modified activator, radical polymerization initiator, anionic polymerization initiator and anionic polymerization activator as raw material. The modified activator is 2-methyl-2-acrylic acid-2-isocyanatoethyl. The radical polymerization initiator is azobisisobutyronitrile and/or dibenzoyl peroxide. The anionic polymerization initiator is sodium hydroxide. The anionic polymerization activator comprises toluene-2,4-diisocyanate. USE - Used as polystyrene/polyamide 6 composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has low water absorption and high impact toughness. The method is simple and suitable for mass production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing polystyrene/polyamide 6 composite material comprising (a) adding caprolactam monomer into a flask A, melting at 130-150 degrees C, vacuum extracting and distilling for 30 minutes, reducing to 60-75 degrees C under protection of nitrogen, (b) adding styrene, modified activator and a radical polymerization initiator into obtained molten caprolactam, under the protection of nitrogen, reacting for 24 hours to obtain yellow ropy mixed solution, (c) taking the obtained mixed solution, heating at 130-150 degrees C, vacuum extracting and distilling for 1 hour to remove residual small molecule and trace of water, (d) adding caprolactam monomer in a flask B, adding caprolactam monomer equal mass into a flask A, melting to 130-150 degrees C, adding anion polymerization initiator, vacuum extracting and distilling for 30 minutes, and (e) mixing the liquid into the flask A and flask B, quickly mixing, adding water and anionic polymerization activator, reacting for 1 hour at 170 degrees C.
