摘要:以P92钢为研究对象,进行600℃下应力控制的蠕变-疲劳交互作用试验;分别讨论了应力比、保载时间对试验寿命的影响,并对断后试样金相组织和SEM断口形貌进行对比。研究表明,在本试验条件下,应力比、保载时间与试验寿命成反比,且随着保载时间的增加,应力比对寿命变化的影响逐渐减弱;各工况下试样金相组织未发生明显变化,试样断裂特征表现为以蠕变损伤为主的延性韧窝断裂。
Creep-fatigue( CF) tests of P92 steel at 600 ℃ under stress-controlled were carried out in this study.The effects of different stress ratios and holding times on CF interaction were investigated by analyzing the experimental data and observing microstructure of the samples.It is shown that cycle life is inversely proportional to the stress ratios and holding times.When the holding times reach a certain value, the stress ratio has little effect on creep-fatigue life.The microstructure of P92 steel is not changed sig-nificantly and still remain the structure of lath martensite.The feature of specimens belongs to ductile dim-ple fracture which dominated by creep damage.
