摘要:通过Mannich 反应把苯并三唑(BTA) 和咪唑(IM) 分子用亚甲基链连接起来, 合成1[(1’咪唑) 甲基] 苯并三唑(IMBTA) 化合物。采用静态挂片法、电化学极化曲线法和电化学阻抗法研究了它对3 % NaCl 溶液中铜的缓蚀作用,
imidazolly) methyl] benzotriazole (IMBTA) was synthesized by Mannich reaction. Its inhibition effects for copper corrosion in 3% NaCl solution was investigated by weight loss measurement, electrochemical polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectra. IMBTA (0.001 mol/L) exhibited better protection compared with the mixture of 0.001 mol/L benzotriazole (BTA) and 0.001 mol/L imidazole (IM) under the same experimental conditions. Polarization studies showed that IMBTA suppressed both cathodic and anodic corrosion reactions. The synergistic effect of BTA moiety and IM moiety in IMBTA molecule was observed. The electron transfer from IM moiety to BTA moiety was conductive to the adsorption of BTA moiety on copper surface. This resulted in improvement of the protective ability of IMBTA for copper in 3% NaCl solution.
