摘要：NOVELTY - Extracting flavone from a herbal plant, comprises: (i) placing a mixture of the herbal plant and an extracting solvent in a microwave extractor and collecting the extracting solution; (ii) continuously absorbing and separating the product obtained in the step (i) by a macroporous resin chromatographic column; and (iii) washing with water, continuously eluting with an eluent by the macroporous resin chromatographic column, collecting the eluent, evaporating and condensing the eluent. USE - The method is useful for extracting flavone from a herbal plant. ADVANTAGE - The method exhibits uniform, effective and rapid heating of the extracted flavone; is a continuous process, which reduces the amount of solvent and energy consumption; and improves the quality of the product; and the macroporous resin used in the method shows high selectivity, stable physical performance and repeatability and the separation of the macroporous resin has low-energy consumption and low processing cost.
