摘要：NOVELTY - Biochemical detection kit comprises e.g. sodium dodecyl sulfate/3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate complex reaction solution as reagent A, chromogenic substrate 3,3'5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine solid powder as reagent B and hydrogen peroxide solution as reagent C. USE - The kit is useful in biochemical testing including horseradish peroxidase activity assay and detecting hydrogen peroxide concentration (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The kit is sensitive, stable, non-toxic; and has low cost and suitable for large scale horseradish peroxidase activity and hydrogen peroxide concentration detection.
