摘要:建立了丙烯氧化反应器管间流动与传热的分区计算模型,并用此模型对中心不布管型丙烯氧化反应器管间流动与传热进行了计算,并分别对占反应器直径3%,10%和20%中心区域不布管情况进行模拟,得到反应器管间冷却剂流量分布、冷却剂温度分布、管内催化剂床层温度分布以及冷却剂进出反应器的总压降。结果表明:对反应器进行中心不布管,可以改善反应器中心区域传热;增大不布管区域大小,可以降低反应器中心区域管内催化剂床层热点温度;不布管区域控制在10%~25%,可以使反应器热点径向温差维持在较小的水平;不布管区域越大,布管区域有效面积越小;对直径4.6 m反应器中心10%区域进行不布管较为合适。
A partition model for a cross-flow fixed-bed reactor with a hollow central region (non-tube region) for propylene oxidation was established and was used to calculate fluid flow and heat transfer in the shell side of the reactor. The fluid flow and heat transfer in the reactor with central non-tube region of 3%, 10% and 20% of the reactor inner diameter was simulated, respectively. The spatial distributions of coolant flow rate, coolant temperature, and catalyst temperature and the total pressure drop of coolant in shell side were obtained. The results showed that the heat transfer performance in the central region of the reactor was improved when tubes were not installed in the above mentioned region. The hot spot temperature of catalyst bed in tube side near the central region decreased with the increase of non-tube region. The difference of radial hot spot temperature was at low level when the non-tube region was 10%--25% of the reactor inner diameter. The larger non-tube region led to the smaller effective area of tube region. For the reactor of 4.6 m, the appropriate size of the central non-tube region was about 10% of the reactor inner diameter.
