摘要:用马来酸酐(MAH)熔融接枝、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)扩链改性聚(3-羟基丁酸酯-co-4-羟基丁酸酯)[P(3,4HB)],研究MAH接枝及TAIC扩链对P(3,4HB)热降解及热性能、力学性能、阻隔性能的影响。结果表明,P(3,4HB)加工过程中降解严重,MAH熔融接枝减缓P(3,4HB)热降解,TAIC对P(3,4HB)扩链增加摩尔质量,扭矩上升。MAH接枝样品(MP)和扩链样品(MPx/y)分子链运动被抑制,结晶能力降低。力学性能测试发现MP与MPx/y韧性显著提高,MP断裂伸长率与冲击强度分别为600%和24.8 J/m。水蒸气透过率测试表明,MP与MP0.2/0.2样品水蒸气透过率与纯P(3,4HB)接近,材料阻隔性得到保持。
Modified poly ( 3-hydroxybutyrate-co-4-hydroxybutyrate ) [ P(3,4HB) ] by grafting with maleic anhydride (MAH) as well as chain extending with triallyl isocyanurate (TAIC) was prepared using melt blending. The thermal degradation, thermal and mechanical and barrier properties of the modified P(3,4HB)were studied. The experimental results indicated that P( 3,4HB ) was severely degraded during the blending and this degradation could be retarded by MAH grafting. In addition, P (3,4HB) chain extension with the function of TAIC increased the molecular weight and torque value of the resultant blend. The grafting sample(MP) and chain extension product(MPx/y) exhibited decreased crystallization, due to the restriction of molecular chain mobility. Mechanical tests showed that the MP and MPx/y samples displayed considerably improved toughness. The elongation at break and impact strength of the MP increased to 600% and 24.8 J/m, respectively. The MP and MP0. 2/0. 2 exhibited a water vapor permeability near to the neat P(3,4HB), thus maintaining the high barrier property of the parent polymer.
