摘要:NOVELTY - A solid matrix polybrominated diphenyl ether pre-treating method involves taking a soil sediment samples, drying the sample in a machine, grinding the samples to obtain small particle, stirring the small particles with extracting solvent, n-hexane and acetone to obtain mixed liquid. The mixed liquid is subjected to microwave digesting/extracting apparatus. The extract is centrifuged to obtain supernatant. The supernatant is placed in solid phase extracting system to activate purification process, followed injecting the concentrated liquid into mass spectrometric analysis. USE - Method for pre-treating solid matrix polybrominated diphenyl ether. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A solid matrix polybrominated diphenyl ether pre-treating method involves taking a soil sediment samples, freezing and drying the sample in a drying machine under vacuum condition, grinding the samples in a grinding bowl to obtain small particle, stirring the small particles with extracting solvent, n-hexane and acetone to obtain mixed liquid. The mixed liquid is subjected to microwave digesting/extracting apparatus with power of 2000 W and working frequency of 800 W to carry out extracting process at 105 degrees C for 20 minutes and cooled at 20-30 degrees C. The extract is centrifuged to speed of 3500 rpm for 1-5 minutes to obtain supernatant. The supernatant is placed in a digestion tank with solvent such as n-hexane. The supernatant is placed in rotary evaporimeter and solid phase extracting system with small column to activate concentrated liquid purification process with flow speed of 1-2 ml/minutes, followed by blowing nitrogen into the solid phase extracting small column to completely dry the liquid, and injecting the concentrated liquid into mass spectrometric analysis.
