Undergraduate education is one of the criterions in evaluation of a first-class university. All this relies on the teacher＇s dedication and wholeheartedness. Happy teaching or learning will help the students master the basic knowledge, inspire their creative thinking and encourage them to develop their professional skills. The Scholarship of Teaching and Learning in American universities has become a branch of science, in which teachers and students are given their own development respectively, and teaching benefits students as well as teachers.
