摘要:通过对带加热夹套的气流喷射式流化床干燥器进行传热机制理论分析和相应的试验研究,结果表明,采用圆筒形带加热夹套的底可显著提高这种干燥器的传热系数。
Theoretical analysis and experimental investigation of the heat transfer mechanism of an impingement fluidized bed dryer with flat heating bottom show that the heat transfer coefficient of the impingement fluidized bed dryer can be significantly improved by changing the flat heating bottom into the cylindrical one. When using the dryer with a flat heating bottom, the more rapid the particles move, the less the contact opportunity is between the particles and the bottom; when using the dryer with a cylindrical heating bottom, because of the centrifugal force, the more rapid the particles move, the more the contact opportunity is. That results in an efficient heat transfer between the cylindrical heating bottom and the particles and a higher heat transfer coefficient.
